1. Deliverables

The Creator will produce and deliver the following content for the Brand:

  • Style: Phone shot, conversational, native to the platform

2. Brief and creative direction

The Brand will provide a written brief covering:

  • Suggested hooks and angles
  • Mandatory talking points (if any)
  • Brand do's and don'ts

The Creator retains creative control over delivery, style, and pacing within the brief.

3. Revisions

The fee includes [1 to 2] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $[X] per round.

4. Payment terms

  • Payment schedule: 50% on agreement signature, 50% on final delivery

5. Usage rights

The Brand has the right to use, edit, and distribute the delivered content for paid advertising on:

  • TikTok (including Spark Ads)

The Creator grants the Brand permission to:

  • Run the content as paid ads (Partnership Ads on Meta, Spark Ads on TikTok)
  • Edit, trim, and re-version the content for ad placements
  • Add brand overlays, captions, end cards, and CTAs

Whitelisting: The Creator agrees to authorise the Brand's ad account to run the content as Partnership Ads on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok during the usage term.

6. Exclusivity

The Creator agrees not to publish content for direct competitors of the Brand for [X] months from delivery date. Direct competitors are defined as: [list categories or named competitors].

If this clause is omitted, the Creator is free to work with any other brand at any time.

7. Disclosure

The Creator will disclose the partnership in line with platform policies and local advertising standards (e.g. AdStandards in Australia, ASA in the UK, FTC in the US). Acceptable disclosure includes:

  • The "Paid partnership" tag on Instagram and TikTok
  • "#ad" or "#sponsored" in the caption

8. Approvals

The Brand will review and approve the final content before it is published. Turnaround on approvals: [24 to 48 hours].

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel this agreement before content production begins with no penalty. Once production has started, the deposit is non refundable.
